The former party pad of Justin Bieber‘s is now the new home of Khloe Kardashian. Us magazine reports the reality starlet has agreed to purchase the Biebs’ mansion in Calabasas, Calif.

It was the same locale that cops raided in January, looking for evidence of the pop star’s eggsault on his next door neighbors, Jeffery and Suzie Schwartz.

Suzie Schwartz told NY Daily News, “I’m very happy. It’s been a little hush-hush, but we’ve known for a little while. “I’ll take a Kardashian over a Bieber any day of the week. I’m sure she’s harmless. And I hope it’s great for her. I’m sure it will be great for us.”

The exchange of real estate also comes after Kardashian and her estranged husband Lamar Odom split and sold their home to Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco. According to TMZ, Kardashian purchased Bieber’s home for $7.2 million.
