Here Are All The Champions Of America's Got Talent And What They're Doing Now

In the second season of the wildly contested finale in America's Got Talent spin-off: Champions; V. Unbeatable was declared the winner. While he received lots of praise and perhaps the biggest standing ovation in the season, many fans thought that the result was unfair, especially Marcelito Pomoy's fans who expressed their severe disappointment on Twitter, calling the superfan vote rigged.

There was a lot of talent that arguably deserved the win; notably acrobatic acts from Utah: Duo Transcend and Sandou Trio Russian Bar, 11-year-old violinist Tyler Butler Figueroa, and many more. In fact there were several winners of past seasons in America's Got Talent that participated in the spin-off competition, most of whom did not even make it to the final round.

But now that Season 2 of AGT's spin-off show is done and decided, it's about time we take a look back at the winners of all past AGT seasons.

14 Season 1: Bianca Ryan Was AGT's First Champion And Is Rebuilding Her Career After Having Surgery On Her Vocal Cords

Bianca Ryan is America's Got Talent's first ever winner in 2006, when she was just 11 years old. In 2016, she had to do surgery to fix a paralyzed vocal cord. Consequently she had to stop her career for a while, but now that she's looking to rekindle it - she performed "Say Something" by A Great Big World in the AGT spin-off show Champions and received a standing ovation from the judges.

13 Season 2: Terry Fator And His Merry Puppets Have Been Touring

Terry Fator is the singing and comedic puppet master, the notorious ventriloquist is best known for his merry puppets: Winston the Impersonating Turtle, Maynard Thompkins the Elvis Impersonator, and some others. He has been touring at the Paramount Theatre in Aurora, as well as in Waukegan at the Genesee Theatre.

12 Season 3: Neal E. Boyd Released A Musical Album And Performed For Various US Presidents Before Sadly Passing On

Neal E Boyd was an opera singer who won AGT back in 2008. Unfortunately, he died 10 years later aged 42 at his mother's home in Sikeston, Missouri in June 2018. According to the coroner: his was a case of heart and kidney failure, mixed with liver disease. After winning AGT, he released an album called "My American Dream," and  performed for George Bush Senior and Junior, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama. He then tried getting into politics as a Republican in the House of Representatives.

11 Season 4: Kevin Skinner Is Staying Out Of The Spotlight After Facing A Divorce And Mental Health Issues

Kevin Skinner is one of the least popular AGT winners, he was known for singing country classics like "Always on My Mind" and "If Tomorrow Never Comes" during the show. He did release an album called "Long Ride"back in 2010. However, he started battling mental illness and divorced his wife in 2014. He's now staying out of the spotlight.

10 Season 5: Michael Grimm Performed On The AGT Spin-Off Series, Champions, But Was Eliminated Early On

Michael Grimm won season 5 in 2010. Recently, he performed again on the show's spin-off "Champions." He sang and played on his acoustic guitar Etta James' "I'd Rather Go Blind," and received heaps of praise from the judges. The praise was short-lived however as he was eliminated after just one song.

9 Season 6: Landau Eugene Murphy Is Working On His Album

After winning AGT, Landau Eugene Murphy got a contract with Columbia Records. Murphy was recently on 69 News, where the AGT winner performed Frank Sinatra's "I've Got You Under My Skin" live in the studio. He's also been touring in the US, and finalizing his album which should be released this Spring.

8 Season 7: The Olate Dogs Have Been Performing In Las Vegas And Touring The US

Arguably the best animal act on AGT; The Olate Dogs have been performing in Las Vegas, and touring the US with their dogs for quite a while. They will be taking part in Billy Martin's Cole All-Star Circus; a community service fundraising event of the Mexico Academy and High School German/Spanish Clubs.

7 Season 8: Kenichi Ebina Was The First Dance Act To Win And Performed On Champions, But Was Eliminated

Visual dance artist Kenichi Ebina was the first and only dance act to win AGT. He tried to win again in "America's Got Talent: The Champions," but was eliminated before the final round. His latest performance was inspired by video games, fight-dancing against a huge robot monster, at one point his head looked like it was removed from his body.

6 Season 9: Mat Franco Was Offered The Key To The Las Vegas Strip, Got A Day Named After Him, And Performs In Vegas Daily

Mat Franco was the first magician to win AGT, he performed a card trick made up of humans in 2014. In 2017, he was offered the key to the Las Vegas Strip, and July 10th was named Mat Franco Day. Nowadays you'll find him performing every night in Vegas with an ever-evolving magic show at the Linq Theater, which was later renamed the Mat Franco Theater at The Linq.

5 Season 10: Paul Zerdin Started His Own TV Show Featuring His Puppets

The renowned ventriloquist won AGT back in 2015, which helped him live in Las Vegas for a while, before moving back to his home county to perform a new show called Paul Zerdin's Puppet Party, which includes "Roger" aka the paranoid bodyguard he can't get rid of and "The Urban Fox" which stowed away in his luggage while packing and did not get out since.

4 Season 11: Grace VanderWaal Is Going To Be The Lead In Disney's Stargirl

The second underaged winner in AGT was Grace VanderWaal, who blew everyone away in her finale by singing her original "Clay." After winning in 2016, she released the album "Just The Beginning" and the EP "Perfectly Imperfect", and toured the country in 2019. She will also be the lead in the Disney movie Stargirl in 2020.

3 Season 12: Darci Lynne Appeared On The Kelly Clarkson Show And Is On Tour Until September 2020

AGT winner Darci Lynne, won season 12 when she was ironically just 12, recently appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show. Not only is she a gifted ventriloquist with cute puppets, but she has an amazing singing voice. She continues to tour on her "2020 Fresh Out of the Box Tour" until September 2020.

2 Season 13: Shin Lim Can Be Found Performing Throughout Las Vegas

Shin Lim is an astounding magician who won Season 13, and recently took part in The Champions, but lost in the finale, after having also won Season 1 in 2019. He nowadays wows audiences on the Las Vegas Strip. He's also known through Youtube as "The Silent Magician," performing sleight-of-hand and card tricks much like an orchestrated dance that leaves people speechlessly amazed.

1 Season 14: Kodi Lee Has Been Performing At Las Vegas' Paris Theatre

The latest AGT winner who is the first autistic contestant to win also participated in The Champions finale, performing an epic cover of Harry Styles' hit song "Sign of the Times." He received a standing ovation from practically everyone watching the show; judges and audience. Lee has since been doing his show in Las Vegas at the Paris Theater.
